Droppad is a multidisciplinary design, technology and innovation company. We work across physical spaces, digital products, organisational systems and emerging technologies.
We bring together creative thinking, technical development and practical implementation, disciplines that are often kept apart but which work better on the same problem than in isolation. A building, a piece of software and an operating process are not as different as they look: each is a system that has to work for the people who use it.
One approach
Understand the problem
We start by getting to grips with what is actually needed: the people involved, the constraints, and what a good outcome would look like.
Design the solution
We shape a considered response, drawing on whichever disciplines the problem calls for rather than forcing it through a single lens.
Make it work
We build it and see it through into use. Ideas only matter once they hold up in the real world.
